Monthly trade reports
Monthly trade reports by country
CargoFax publishes free monthly trade reports for eight markets: the United States, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina, and Peru. Each report summarizes one month of trade records from January 2026 onward: totals, top products, partner countries, transport modes, and what changed. The reports are built from the same records subscribers search in Atlas Explorer.
The monthly reports are deliberately plain: the same fact-based figures every month, read month over month and year over year, so one month can always be compared with the next. For the stories behind the numbers, read the Claudio Report and the Below Deck newsletter.

The United States has two series. The bills-of-lading reports come from the ocean shipment records in CargoFax and show what moved by sea, measured by weight, with shipping lines and routes. The Census reports use the US Census Bureau's official statistics: dollar values for imports and exports across every transport mode.

- The number of importers, with a link to see them in Explorer (names are never published in reports).
- A 12-month trend, key facts, and methodology.
Schedule
How often are the reports published?
A new report is added each month, once a market's records for that month are complete. Published reports run from January 2026 to the latest complete month; 2025 records are used for year-on-year comparisons.
The records behind every report can be searched in Atlas Explorer.
