Atlas plans are monthly or annual. Files and Academic terms are set in each agreement.
What is the difference between Atlas and Files?
Atlas is the platform you use in a web browser: Explorer, Vault, Docs, Contacts, Track, and AI. Files delivers the data itself by FTP or API, in CSV, Excel, JSON, or Parquet, for teams that load it into their own systems.
Which markets can I include?
Any of the eight CargoFax markets: the United States, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina, and Peru.
Are searches and downloads limited?
No. Atlas plans include unlimited searches and unlimited downloads in every market, Haiti included. Files is licensed per agreement.
How fresh is the data?
US bill of lading records update daily with about a one-day lag. Haiti and Peru update weekly. Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Argentina update monthly.
Do universities get a different license?
Yes. The Academic plan is a departmental research license delivered by FTP or API, covering every researcher and student in the department, with classroom access to Atlas.
Can I see the data before I buy?
Yes. A demo runs your products and markets in Atlas before you commit.
